I am American and my husband is British. We worked abroad for many years but now are in UK where the weather has taken its toll on my health especially. We are on a limited budget so we want to find a place with the best compromise of warmest winters and not too hot (above 29 degrees C) summers. We don't need a beach close by but want to be able to enjoy what Spain can offer for daily life (fresh produce markets, cafes, community events)
