Hello, My husband has lived here for almost 3 years and I came to join him last November!! I'm on sabbatical. Since my installation, I have multiplied contacts, sent CVs, letters of application, spontaneous presentation with CV to try to get a small job because I get bored especially in the afternoons!! Very active in France, I find myself not doing much..and it's very HARD.. I joined a gym (which keeps me busy in the mornings), go meet people so as not to be alone...it's not easy. We were at the expat party on Friday evening: I was a little disappointed with the way it went. Life here is good in some aspects but it doesn't suit me. I hope to quickly find something in the secretariat, hostess-receptionist...I miss the contact with people a lot and my family above all.
