French expatriate in Montreal for more than 12 years, my employer sent me to Jakarta for a few weeks. This is my first time in Indonesia and I doubt I will have many opportunities for sightseeing during this time. However, I would like to have suggestions of essential things to do or see in Jakarta. Living on Montreal for almost 12 years, my job will be sending me to Jakarta in March for a few weeks. I don't think I will have many opportunities to do some sightseeing there but just in case if by any chance I could have some advice about points of interest on Jakarta, It will be greatly appreciated.
