I dream of learning the language, and integrating myself into the Spanish rhythm of life.
I have origins, I am very proud of them, and I would therefore like to embrace them completely!
Continuing to work in pastry despite my travels is essential for me. That's why I'm looking for a job in a boutique, preferably. It will continue to teach me, and above all I could immerse myself in the language.

Improving in the profession, and learning to be alone again, starting all over again, in terms of habits and relationships, which is very enriching.
I learned to adapt to a team in a different way.
I learned a lot, I improved certain techniques that were not yet completely acquired.
I have gained much more confidence in myself and in my actions, I know how to manage an organization with or without my colleagues included.
And above all... knowing how to breathe and stay focused in the most difficult moments, everything becomes much more pleasant for everyone!
