I live in the Paris region and I plan to settle in Lausanne with my family. I am looking for information on various aspects of a new installation in a new country: - on housing: advice for finding the ideal roof (great surface area, superb view, great location, and of course low rent :-)) - on children's education - on taxation: advice on how to avoid doing anything wrong with French and Swiss tax services, particularly during the transition phase from FR to Switzerland. Advice also on Swiss taxation - on health insurance: advice on the best health coverage (good service/cost ratio). In particular, is it necessary (or is it possible to) maintain FR health coverage while residing in Switzerland? - on additional activities for children (and parents): sports, conservatory, culture, nature outings, with or outside school Any other advice is welcome ;-)
