My name is Alex Tocchetti Pisapia.
I graduated from the Italian Chef Academy in Rome with chefs Daniel Cavuoto, Emiliano Lopez, Gracian Daniele and Noda Kotaro, a Michelin star, of the restaurant "Bistrot 64".
At the age of 17 I started cooking for passion and play.
During the university period (1993-2004) I worked as a dishwasher and a cook aboard luxury yachts, not lastly the Mirabella V on which I held the Chef's job for 2 years during which I made for 2 times around the world.
In Canada, where I spent several years, I did both the gar莽on de cusine and the tournant for non-touristic restaurants and I also worked as a private chef.
I am part of the APCI Professional Association of Italian Chefs and in the month of March I was awarded the "Star of Catering", 2017 edition, in Matera and Trento with Toque Blanche D'Honneur.
I'm a former Chef Master at the Toffini Academy in Naples where I taught gourmet and traditional cooking classes.
I spent 5 months in Brazil, in Manaus, where I studied, with masters asador and churrasqueira, the cooking techniques of meat, especially the picanha.
I held a professional course of Italian cooking at the IGA Academy, the largest cooking school of the two Americas, where, moreover, I got to know the cuisine of the Amazon creating, then, a merger with the Italian one.
