My name is John. I was born in Portland, Oregon. I lived there until I was 27. I have lived in Europe for 7 years and 8 years in Brazil. I was married to a Brazilian and after 13 years together, my wife passed away. We had property and a house that we built in a small town in Minas Gerais. I had a 'green card' (permanent residency), which I lost in 2006. I am now thinking of living in Brazil again, retiring to Brazil. I have taught English during the years living abroad.
