I am a school director who has been retired since October 2016. I am interested in moving to Hammamet to benefit from tax relief on my pension. In the current year I attended a professional basic cooking course at the Confartigianato of my city which is internationally recognized and I am preparing to attend another of a higher level, again with an international value. Once I move to Tunisia, I would like to work as an assistant chef in one of the many Italian restaurants in Hammamet.
