About

I was born and grew up in the Bronx in an Italian-American family, did undergraduate studies at City College of NY, lived for awhile in the East Village, then in Tuscany in the mid-60's, then in California (San Francisco) from the late 60's to the late 70's (did graduate studies at UC Berkeley), and have lived in Florence, Italy ever since. Have worked as a social worker, cook, English teacher, translator/interpreter. Have done some creative writing. One thing I really count on to gain popularity is my contempt for Donald Trump!
