I from the UK, Hampshire area, and I am divorced and have been living in Thailand for the last 10 years and now need a change. I was a lieutenant colonel in British army having come through the ranks. I do not know anyone in the Philippines and that concerns me somewhat. I would be looking initially to rent a furnished apartment 1 or 2 bedrooms. Budget would be in the 400 to 500 pounds sterling range.
