About

Well...firstly...my official name isn't Aarya. I was born and brought up here till I finished my high school and the first year of my degree. I moved to India where I spent 3 years and then to Italy for about two. During that stay, I got to move around quite a bit... a bit of everything, thanks to Ryanair and Eurorail!... Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Slovenia and Turkey... and a bit of a walkabout in Thailand and Columbia... I am an artist by passion and having lived in very accessible societies of Europe and Asia, makes it hard to face the fact that the avenues for enjoying art and music are few or sometimes just not there. Either they are reserved for the big elite or beyond the borders of Al Ain. So, I hope to meet like minded people who share a passion for art, writing and music. People who love to enjoy life in its moments and take to it with a wild energy. People who can enjoy the simple beautiful things in life. I am sure every place has people wanting to break free from the routine of malls, parks and drinking unnatural coffee under expensive roofs in cheap plastic cups. If you feel so...hit me up. My blog is a collection of poetry, sketches, noise and some nothings.... :).. Cheers!
Interests: writing, skhing, fiction, drives, art, getting out, walks, reading poetry, painting, non-fiction

I agree with that statement of yours Clare and I was honestly glad you used the word "Plastic" because, since the second week of my "return" to UAE, I have been telling the people I meet... "I feel suffocated in this plastic bubble". During my ... Read More
