I started working as a young girl, changing many jobs, I even had a few months' experience in Canada! Unfortunately this doesn't seem to count for much because I can't work, the contracts are very short and the possibility of an extension is always a distant mirage. It made me very tired and demoralized unfortunately. However, this made me understand what I want and what my dream is! That is, opening a bakery together with my husband also producing pizza and focaccia. Obviously we took courses and specialized. The interest of the opening fell on Bilbao. It was a very thoughtful choice. So far we have only visited the south of Spain, next year we will also visit the Basque Country.
