I grew up in Amanzimtoti ( South Coast ) Durban Kzn. I attended school on the Bluff. After I matriculated I attended "The Chef School " in the valley of a thousand hills. Here I completed an advanced 3 years course combined into 1. I received my City and Guilds and Diploam in Chefing. I then completed a further 6 months advanced Pastry Course and came first out of al the students. I spent 2 years working in the Uk and a further 8 months in Fort Lauderdale. I did some a few more years Chefing while back in SA. I then started doing Photography as have always had a good eye behind the camera. I know have my own photography business and cover Weddings , Engagements , Events and Maternity Photography. My wife and I recently had a child and we have decided for the future that it is best we immigrate so our son can have all the opportunities that we could never have.
