I am an independent dementia nurse consultant, mental health nurse specialist, and advocate for mental health nursing professionals. As the founder of Rakhee LB, I provide support and resources for mental health and dementia carers and their families. With a foundational interest in human behaviour and 25 years of experience in health, equine, and wellness sectors, I offer one-to-one and talk-based interventions, assessment of mental health and dementia, including post-diagnostic support and signposting.
