HI, we are hoping to relocate to SPAIN soonish. Have lived there before many years ago. Why not we thought, let's go. I do not know if this is the place to ask but here goes. I have been looking at accommodation on a site called XPAT They seem to do things differently, they advertise the accommodation, if interested you pay the deposit and first month or two rent, then they will take you on a video tour, if all OK, you move in having satisfied the landlords requirements, after 48 hours if there are no problems they hand over the deposit and up front rent to the landlord. OK so far, except they say they will ask for a small amount for video etc, I can not seem to find out what that "small amount"is? All very different to normal agents. Has anybody had dealings with this company and set up? It all seems a bit risky, pay over your money without seeing the accommodation etc. Please let me have feed back asap. Thank you. Serverina
