We have lived in New Caledonia for 30 years and 4 to years, our decision to settle there was taken, and without regret to this day, by a crush on the country and its different populations. With my partner, now retired, we are planning to go on vacation for 6 months and would like our house to be occupied by people we trust because it is our only pied-脿-terre that we pamper.
