Hi there, You have my personal details so I won't repeat them. I retired last year------ 23/10/2017 having been in the Parmaceutical Industry for 45 years Although I have indicated that I am single that is incorrect in that I am still legally married but for the purpose of living in Nha Trang I will be by myself------- my wife does not wish to leave Australia. I have singly been to Nha Trang on 4 seperate occasions. I will be traveling to Nha Trang on 27/4/2019 for 11 days I intend exploring the possibility of buying a condominium living in it from 3 to 6 months of the year & renting it out for the rest of the time. I have looked into a Condominium for sale ------- 2 bedrooms for 3 billion dong------ approx A$181,000.I understand that there is a 2% levy for maintenance & upkeep.
