I will be eventually expat in Milan, Italy. I am a US citizen. Is it possible to sign a 12 month lease before obtaining a long term visa? I will be traveling back and forth a bit before I receive a long stay visa or residency. Thanks in advance,
Keep in mind that renting an apartment in Italy is totally different than the states. Look for affitti transitori and for foreigners. I use mitula.it to find apartments although I made a deal with someone who was renting a vacation apartment . ... Read More
