My name is Shannon Barnes and I currently live on a barrier island off the Florida Panhandle. After a 40 yr. relationship it abruptly ended in divorce. (Was a friendly divorce.) In my settlement Inreceived this condo. It is a very beautiful place. However, extremely conservative and definitely Trump Country. Nothing could be further from my political beliefs. I was raised liberal and have been liberal all of my life. While I have made many acquaintances, not any real friends. The political divide is too dee. Thus, most relationships are somewhat superficial. I have a BA in Anthropology and Masters in Acounting/Tax Law and am a retired CPA. I have one daughter who lives in TN and is working as a veterinarian. I have wanted to live in Europe since Inwas 16 and read, A Moveable Feast, by E. Hemingway.
Interests: swimming, avid reader, walking, traveling, yoga/ exercise classes, Good conversation, meeting new people
