I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with advanced training in yoga and specialise in Iyengar principles. I am a direct pupil of Sri Nandakumar who has been studying with Guruji BKS Iyengar. I have completed RYC Residential Yoga Course in SWAMI DAYANANDA ASHRAM, Rishikesh in India. Through the course, I learnt Yoga, Vedanta Chanting and Sanskrit. I conducted few workshops in Thailand when I was there for 6 months. ​ To deepen my skill and knowledge about Iyengar Yoga, I accompanied and assisted his Guruji Sri Nandakumar to many workshops in India for 3 years. I then continued my journey with him to pursue my work and study for 2 years in BKS Iyengar Yogashala which is situated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness through my passion, he devotes his time helping and supporting those who has body illness through Yoga Therapy. Yoga has changed my life in many ways.
