My name is Mariantonietta, I'm 21 years old and I'm originally from Puglia. I consider myself a fairly shy person, but at the same time cheerful and very sociable. I worked on shyness by being in contact with people since from the age of 14 I always worked in a bar, bringing out the extroverted version that was inside me. As I was saying, I have always worked in the tourism and restaurant sector, covering many roles, from the cashier to the waitress, from the coffee machine attendant to the receptionist, including room cleaning (and all this in the same place). A few years ago I moved to Milan and here too I started working in a pub as a waitress. Then, they sent a person away from the kitchen and asked me to try out as kitchen commis, I accepted the challenge and I must say that in a short time I was able to keep up with all the kitchen staff. A world opened up to me! The kitchen is my environment, that's where I want to work from! I love creating recipes and I love seeing the satisfaction in the eyes of customers after they have tasted the dishes offered by us! And I want to continue working in a kitchen. I still have a long way to go!! I'm just starting... But I want to keep going!
