Effect of End of the year trip for tax calculation by Nosanosa12

Hi, I started my work on July 2018, and had an overseas trip from 28 Dec 2018 to 3 Jan 2019. Am I eligible for linking 2018 tax and 2019 tax to get the refund of 2018 income tax comparing to residential rate? Thank you in advance..
