I am. Naturalized US citizen and I live in New York. I want to connect with the expat community because I have an apartment building that was designed by American architects and finished with European fixtures and appliances that I would like to offer for rent to expats. I will rent short-term as well as long-term. I am not on AirBnb nor do I want to be. This is a private offer to rent one and two bedroom apartment and 3,000 square feet penthouse. There are only 5 apartments in the building.
