I come from France where I did an apprenticeship in the gym at the age of 16, after which I started the summer and winter seasons. Little by little I moved into the kitchen. I have been a cook for 25 years now. I arrived in Belgium in 1997 where I had my restaurant for 4 years. I have worked in several establishments, gourmet, grill, bistro, brasserie. I have reached a point in my life that I need a change to finish my career. I work with colleagues of Moroccan origin who advise me to go and work in Marrakech.
