Im Nick. Ive been a chef in my native London for coming up to 13 years and am currently head chef at a modern Cypriot restaurant. Ive been lucky enough to have worked with a number of well-known Michelin-starred chefs. Ive also been lucky enough to work with a number of chefs, unrecognised by Msnr. Michelin who are equally stunning cooks. After years round the water mill of the London restaurant industry, Im looking for any interesting opportunities abroad.
