I am a Nigerian citizen, from the ancient city of benin. For over 25 years now i have settled in Rieti (Italy) since my arrival. I have gained personal and professional experience of more than 23 years in the field of immigration and asylum, migration, accompanying the evolution of Italian and European scene. As founder and coordinator of ARI Onlus (Associazione Rieti Immigrant - province) I developed leadership skills, problem solving, coordination, project management and operators, event organization, representation, multi-ethnic contexts, in situations of crisis and emergency, in formal and official occasions. As a coordinator and manager of refugees (refugees, asylum seekers, women, unaccompanied minors, families, volunteers, EVS-EVS) since 1997, in Lazio and Umbria, I have developed management skills and operational and technical responsibility in the coordination of several operators with different professionals, solving crises and emergencies, by establishing effective relations of cooperation with local authorities also coming to the conclusion of agreements and memoranda of understanding, positive relationships of trust with the beneficiaries that have led to many success stories in the final path of integration in the area. In events at both national and international educational and cultural character of both Italy and abroad have collaborated with national and international organizations, diplomatic missions, public institutions, coordinating actors and participants from different cultural backgrounds heterogeneous. The core of my relationship with the local foreign community has always been represented by the services offered in the area (information desk and guidance, support, administrative-bureaucratic paperwork, information and awareness campaigns). The information desk, which has for years been a coordinate reference point at the local level. Many years of experience in dealing with paperwork and administrative advice led me to pay for law firms. My experience, my mediation skills have led me to play the roles of representation in the field of migration at both local and regional institutions. I had the opportunity to share the fruits of my experience assisting and facilitating the process of birth of numerous hospitality projects, cooperatives and associations of foreign communities.
