Doctor of Pharmacy, graduated from the University of Ferrara in March 2015, qualified to practice as a Pharmacist in July of the same year. To the experience gained in the Italian pharmaceutical sector (front office), in the organisation, timing and execution of orders (back office) and in the general management of the pharmacy and customers, I have added the French foreign experience, still ongoing, which continues to increase my training path in comparison and at a managerial level. Hence the need for new training horizons constantly developed through different formats between Italy (Milan) and France (Toulouse), depending on the possibilities of competence of the pharmacist figure: residential training; distance learning (FAD) between virtual classroom and self-learning integrated by support systems; field training (FSC) directly using contexts, job opportunities and skills of operators engaged in care activities. I practiced vaccination in the pharmacy (against the "grippe saisonni猫re"), as it was authorized following a special training course with certification, also for the experimental and pharmaceutical prescription phase, on the basis of what was authorized by the French state from 1 January 2019, referring to the Netcare model started experimentally in Switzerland already in 2012. At the end of these years of Toulouse experience, a strong desire arises to broaden horizons by changing cities and mixing the cultures acquired.
