Is it the law that receipts are illegal on Black Friday?
Hi, I am sending money to a friend to purchase things on Black Friday.... I have been told that receipts issued that day are illegal or will only reflect the retail price. Apparently it is illegal there to do otherwise. Please advise if you can help ... Read More
