About
Having grown up in a bakery in Paris, I went to live in China for a year during my university studies. When I returned I left university to travel. But what could be more interesting than traveling with a diploma in my hands allowing me to work anywhere in the world. So I got my bakery diploma. I then left for Spain, England, Argentina, Ireland, Germany, Thailand, I stayed for 3 years in San Francisco. I then returned to France to complete my training and obtain my pastry chef diploma. I worked in very good French houses for 3 years in Paris. I then left to settle with my wife and my son in Cameroon, in Douala for 2 years. We are now planning to move to San Francisco to open a French-style bakery bistro. Here's a little bit about my journey in brief. The departure for California is approaching, I am taking off on July 29, 2011. So if any people living in California are interested in such a project, do not hesitate to contact me.
