I have been permanently settled in MAENAM, a town on SAMUI island for 2 years. I already have good contacts, and am happy to live in this country of smiles. I passed my Thai license (very funny )I have many activities: yoga, hiking, cycling - swimming - dancing - etc... + meals with friends - I live in a pretty house surrounded by a garden that I maintain for pleasure, me, the city dweller, who knew nothing about it before. The always-present sun and the temperature of 27掳 even during the monsoon (2 months) suit me perfectly. Smiles, respect, and life in the great outdoors are my daily life.
