Impact of unpaid leave on eligibility for L card by monamiia
Hello,Does having a total of 10 days of unpaid leave have any impact on the requirement of five years of uninterrupted work for the L card, while remaining continuously employed under an active employment contract?
@monamiia AFAIK, it will not impact.I even had a gap of 12 days between my two jobs. no problem for me. As long as you fulfil other requirement, you should be good. Read More
