During my experiences as a Chef, I decided to dedicate myself in the preparation of traditional Italian food, especially typical dishes from the northern part of Italy, such as risotto, pasta, gnocchi and many other worldwide known main courses. Furthermore, I am willing to learn a new style of cuisine from a different culture My cooking abilities don't stop with these dishes as I am also able to prepare fish, meat and Italian style pizza, managing a woodfire oven. I am a person who respects the rules, I love working in a team to achieve the assigned targets and my tenacity motivates me every day trying to learn new things to improve myself both professionally and personally. For these reasons I can be a versatile person adapting myself easily to any job changes and to be employed where necessary.
