Ive spent most of my career in new home developments in Wichita, KS, Kansas City, as well as North Carolina, but have also done property resale over 15yrs. 5 years ago, we visited Nicaragua and fell in love with the country, people, and culture. We saw an opportunity and a change in our lifestyle, and took the plunge and bought our Quinta. We are both still fully licensed in the US, still members of NAR (this year in their international program=IRM), and we are also licensed in Nicaragua, through CANIBIR.
