I am English speaking, PRINCE2 certified specialist with professional qualification Master in Civil Engineering and over 28 years experience in construction industry, interested to be included in UNDP ROSTER FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPERTS (SUPPORT TO UNDP PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES IN UNDP AFGHANISTAN). I offer proficiency in projects and contract management, experienced to manage design and construction process supervision from concept through completion, property maintenance during and after liability period, Real Estate appraising, procurement, accounting, estimation, quality and cost control, reporting, survey, renovation of infrastructure, structure design, AutoCAD drawing, development of tender documents/specifications ensuring that the documents meet clients and technical requirements. I lead team of consultants registered under Bulgarian Spatial Development Act. Our clients are private owned companies, Ministries, municipalities, or different individuals. My previous work was Project Engineer with UNOPS in Nepal.
