Hello. I'm currently in quarantine in Shanghai - due to end 12th, then a flight probably to Qingdao and onto Weifang. If there are any tips to make my stay easier please feel free to let me know, also, anyone in Weifang on here?
As long as you are in quarantine.... Since you have your phone and a VPN, make sure to work out twice per day (there are amazing 20-30 minute programs , low impact for limited space and no equipement) because your body will start hurting at some ... Read More
