I am Semi retired from years of providing financial management and accouting services to early stage companies in the Minneapolis metropolitan area. I have a visit to Cuenca planned for November; if I feel less than certain I will then visit Panama in February. From my research Cuenca seems like a place I will be comfortibe, a nice blend of the new and old with a great climate. The past year in Minneapolis has been outrageous, -40F in the Winter to 115F in the summer. I've lived in Rome and traveled in 3rd World countries in the Mid East and North Africa. I am looking to connect with ExPats in Cuenca for advice on relocation issues.
