I come from a small island called Martinique (Fort-De-France). Arriving in France in the 80s, I grew up there until today. I am a recent pastry chef following a career change. Formerly CPO manager (operational staff conditions). I traveled a lot for eight years (Kosovo, Chad, Afghanistan, Niger).
