I am a former employee of Air France (product manager) currently unemployed. After around thirty years in the service of my employer and after a period of legal disputes started by an agreement between the two parties, I reconverted to cooking. I therefore registered at the Italian Chef Academy (haute cuisine school) or after 130 hours of courses which served me to obtain a diploma recognized by the AIC (Associazione italiana chef) and to master my cooking techniques, I decided to offer my services as "chef or sous-chef" to those who need them. I have 4 children aged 7 to 22 (the small one in Chateaubriand where my mother taught for many years, the 2 middle ones in an English high school, the older one at the Eco university in Tor vergata in Rome). English wife (...Scottish..sorry) working in an NGO, we live in a pretty medieval village north of Rome. Available for a job offer that could alleviate my concerns.
