After 50 years in Africa, I finally plan to retire and am looking for a country with a pleasant climate, a welcoming population and the possibility of settling there easily, not far from the mainland. After reading several reports on the internet, I am motivated. I am looking for information as diverse as housing, possibility of practicing medicine (my wife has Russian diplomas) I have a Citroen C6 (is there after-sales service for Citroen??)
