The children of civil servants go to European schools for free, which according to what I have read are some of the best study centers that exist in Europe. This would ultimately be what would prompt me to prepare the oppositions for an EU official, although I have not found information about the deductions that are applied to the official's payroll, such as personal income tax (community tax), health and other concepts.
