I'm Irene Lisato, graduated in Languages ​​at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice. In particular, I completed my studies by attending the ELEO Master (Economics and Languages ​​of Eastern Europe), which ended with a two-month internship in Baku. Thanks to this incredible experience I had the opportunity to live in the capital of Azerbaijan which completely captivated me both for the cultural diversity and for the similarities to Italian traditions, for some aspects. Having always had a strong interest in the field of human resources and the corporate one, I decided to deepen the subject by attending the course "HR generalist and digital skills - W.E. specialist type ". Thanks to my work experiences, I have developed good organizational skills and communication skills that have allowed me to understand the needs, problems and expectations of customers in different areas. I consider myself a determined, dynamic, empathic person, focused on goals, well organized, punctual in meeting deadlines. I am willing to have new experiences that allow me to learn and grow professionally.
