I was born, raised and educated in Malta. Attended Stella Maris College in Gzira in the 40s to early 50s. Joined the RAF in 1957 to 1962. Right after demob from the Royal Air Force in 1962 got married to a Maltese girl and moved to Canada. We have lived in Canada since. I have Maltese and Canadian citizenships.

Just reading some of the forums, why is it so hard to keep homes warm in the winter? Is it much colder than northern Spain? Are you better off trying to find a newly built apartment block? Just asking as we are looking to move there from Barca later ...
very true about the gas creating humidity - well water vapour...lots of it.....plus it stings your eyes after a while - and yes the cost advantage with gas has vastly eroded.Charles from Ontario Canada. When you say "Gas" I assume it is the propane ... Read More
