I am a 65 year old retired Jewish Social Psychologist currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina in the US. I was living in South-East Asia for 23 years; so long, in fact, that I still think of myself as an expat, though the US is my country of origin. I have spent almost all of my adult life visiting other countries and have been to most of them at least three times. Sadly, i never once went to Mauritania, though it was one of my dreams to walk across the desert on foot. Alas, I am too old for such endeavors.
Interests: Computer role playing games (because whatever avatar I play can do physical things my body is no longer capable of), computer survival games (for the challenge). reading from news groups, tech groups and science groups and occasionally astronomy groups.
