My Ep is pending for a quite long time (more than 2 months) with MoM. When the employer approached MoM to withdraw the application, it's informed that the application is pending cos of BG verification. Moreover, MoM denied to reveal any info ...
Hi Dinesh, MOM does not do BG on its own .They generally have a tie up with 3rd party agency. In my case MOM asked to give the consent to 3rd Party agency for BG. Read More

But last i checked with MOMand they said if new EP application is pending then generally they dont give extension for the STVP . only if the EP renewal is pending and while your in STVP , then they can extend STVP . Are you sure my new Employer ... Read More
