Punta Cana, San Juan, Dominican Republic

Since Dec 2018

Punta Cana, San Juan, Dominican Republic

I am a lawyer by profession. I arrived in Punta Cana more than 5 years ago, with a round trip flight, just for vacation, 2 weeks that have now become a little more than 5 years, my sister who had been here for 6 months was my reason for traveling. I did not prepare myself to live on this island that has given me so much. The Dominican has a treasure, and it is not material. ??? As a foreigner and visitor, I can describe the human warmth they have, that flavor is not only in their food, but in their singing, their playfulness, and that way of making you feel at home, like family. They are very agile, fast and between their calm and tasty, they lead a more relaxed life. They are ready for their own thing. And as they say; They do their own diligence. The Dominican Republic shook me, because life is delicious here. The people are friendly and you always receive a "hello" When you enter any grocery store, get on public transportation or arrive at a gas station, they are very smiling and energetic. Inevitably you stop being so formal. It helps you change things in yourself and being someone so formal and process-oriented, you give it that Dominican touch, which attracts you, and perhaps it may take you a while to know why, but there is no other explanation than its beautiful vibe. https://www.instagram.com/p/C4WcaNNrkYO/
I am a real estate advisor, an expert in the Downtown Punta Cana and Cap Cana area. Apartments, townhouses and villas in plan and construction.
It is quiet, safe and the people are friendly. You are surrounded by different cultures, between Dominicans, Canadians, Europeans, Venezuelans, Americans...
At first, if you are the type of person with a fast-paced, fast-paced, sliding life... I invite you to connect with the vibe of the resident in Punta Cana. The service in most businesses is focused on tourists, so everything is calm. He lives on vacation, without being there.
