Born in 1992 of Mauritanian nationality. I began my studies at primary school in 1999. From 2005 to 2009 I completed my college studies culminating in obtaining the first cycle diploma at the Ka茅di high school, Gorgol region. In 2011 I did the final scientific series with the natural science option at the Sebkha Nouakchott high school. From 2012-2014, I embarked on professional training at the technical commercial professional school of information and new technologies in the field of administration and management in June 2014 I obtained my diploma in Accounting and Management. From 2015-2017 I did continuing education in accounting and management. 2018 I did an internship near hiring at the bank for microfinance Mauritania IBDAA. After obtaining these experiences in different fields, I wanted to explore other horizons to serve my community. Finally in 2019 I launched into entrepreneurship after obtaining ideas and innovative solutions. For years I stagnated financially because I was afraid to step out of my comfort zone, quite simply I was afraid of taking risks, I told myself what my life will look like in the coming years if I don't change anything, I was able to put together a budget to develop my projects in 2020, I got a chance to meet a Canadian consulting company from Quebec that helps organizations meet the challenges they face. Alain, the CEO of the company, knows how to get to the point while supporting the interest of his audience thanks to the scientific base which offers the following conferences and training: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽All Human Resources Leadership 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Sales Improvement 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Work Climate 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Personal Development 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Teamwork 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Organizational Effectiveness I benefited from several ideas in these virtual conferences and I was able to develop these ideas to serve my country. The first conference was in March 2020, it was offered to me and my team, several other people, employers, students benefited from this training thanks to me. It was pleasant, 聽the subject was: how to insert more happiness into our life. In June 2020 the second conference, I met with an immigration lawyer speaker who offers training and conferences on Canadian immigration: study permit; visitor visa, permanent residence and express entry in the normal route, most of the participants are students who wish to continue their studies in Canada Quebec in early 2021. The third conference was on resilience and the pandemic many people benefited from it. Then on October 23, 2021 our fourth conference on resilience and pandemic similar to the first. As a founder, we have always done internal training, for example bouncing back from the pandemic training and training on sales and HR, etc. Thank you of what I have and we have objectives like the great entrepreneurs of Africa, America, Europe and Asia. At the beginning of January I was selected at the Tony Elumelu Nigeria foundation for business and leadership training from March to May it was pleasant. In August 2022 I became a change agent for disadvantaged people in Mauritania thanks to my dear friend Canadian speaker trainer Alain Samson or company
