My expat journey

Andalusia, Spain
I am a Dutch woman, lived in Costa Rica for 20 years but decided to move closer to the Netherlands due to family circumstances. A year ago I came to Malaga stayed 12 months in la Malagueta and recently moved to El Palo. I like the low-rise on the coast here more than the apartment buildings in La Malagueta.
During my years in Costa Rica I did a lot of new things for me. Bought a coffee farm, made cheese, grew peppers. What attracted me so much was immersing myself in all these projects and learning so much. I also set up a small company that produces the typical Dutch caramel waffles. My son is now in charge of that.
However, I notice that I miss being busy with something that I can throw myself back into with new energy. I have a passion for cooking and baking and healthy food.
I'm looking for a business partner to explore the possibilities to start a small gluten-free bakery in El Palo.
