The country, its info structure, transport network and the weather during the warm summer months mostly. The culture and history and beautiful green landscapes, and the many bridges and lakes here in Hamburg.
The tough life style, making friends, the language is too hard to pick up still learning it tho :) and finding a job.

The easy life style, warm climate, cheap food and restaurents. laid back attitude. friendly people.
Islamic culture especially during Ramadan, not so safe for women traveling alone in the country. Restrictions on what jobs you can do and what you can wear. Closed society when dealing with other religious beliefs.
