@Basitshabbir137 it's a proposal in the parliament and not a law as of no but still there are chances that the visa conversion will be rejected. So its better to come on a employment visa directly to be on the safer side. Read More

@Makhraz1981 It's a normal status when the visa is applied. Its more likely to be issued unless you are from a country who are barred from employment at the moment. Read More
