Hi! You are right ...Revenu Canada accept calling call but PLDT still charge it on the bill. ..because they have no operator. The only way to call cheap to Govt is using an apps like Talk360, Vibe out, etc but according to the comments difficult to ... Read More

Does anyone know how to extend the 3 month limit driving on a foreign license in the Philippines? I looked into getting a Philippine driver's licence but I have to be here 6 months before I can apply.Thanks in advance for any replies.
